Zumba! To the Glory Of God!

Hello everyone! Today I worked out and to my surprise I didn't feel like it but I put that sauna suite on and did my Zumba and I felt great. Sweat was flying everywhere. After struggling all time, I use to get upset when I didnt get quick results but now Im doing this for ME! Not for a man, not for pounds but for my temple. I realized the other day when I was going to get something to eat that I wanted some popcorn. My mind was saying no get the granola and the yogurt and the little cutie orange. I love those things. At that point I realized how mush our flesh is a beast in its own nature. I clearly heard the spirit say get this. I wanted that. I obeyed in my eating and I am trying to obey in my physical Body. God blessed me to find Everslim and Healthy People Product but one thing is for certain he is not allow me to use it as a cruch. He is Changing my Lifestlye!. I am Truly Blessed and Thankful. I hope this message finds you all well, not too many readers but the masses shall come in . Until that moment Ill just keep talking like im speakin got hte thousands.
